6 South Cooper Street

A synthetic stucco façade with arches and false cornices was no longer appropriate for this revitalized midtown entertainment district and a new Austin-based restaurant tenant.  The project incorporated a 1250 square foot addition featuring a vertical-lift, glass, overhead door which opens to an outdoor seating area.  The exterior is clad with a horizontal 1×6 cedar rain screen, new storefronts awnings and tenant graphics.
